Digital Panel Mount Instruments for Measurement and Monitoring
Here you will find digital panel mount instruments in various versions, sizes and with different options. From compressed air measurement to visual limit monitoring of force, we offer you first-class quality with an excellent price-performance ratio. The digital panel mount instruments enable you to measure a wide range of operating parameters of your system and thus control the workflow. The digital displays of the panel mount instruments make visual limit monitoring easily possible. Operation is via front buttons and optionally via PC software. As standard, limit values can be displayed visually in the display or optionally trigger an action with galvanically isolated switching points.
Pressure or voltage measurement – here you will find the right display
The “PDE4” digital display is a four-digit display for pressure measurement and features an integrated sensor for limit monitoring. The display is configurable via the three front buttons and can optionally be equipped with an analog output for further evaluation.
Another highlight of the portfolio is the “M1” digital display. The “M1” panel mount instrument is a four-digit digital display for DC voltage signals and is also used for limit monitoring. Thanks to the integrated programming lock, unwanted changes to parameters are prevented. With just 54 millimeters installation depth and selectable software functions, our “M1” forms a solid device concept. Digital panel mount instruments – high quality standard and innovative solutions!
Frequency measurement with digital panel mount instruments: versatile applications
The digital frequency meter serves as an example of the diverse applications of the panel mount instruments. With this digital display, not only applications such as dosing devices, fill quantity meters and tachometers, but also flow meters, baking time meters of an oven, ultrasonic measurements and many others can be realized. Thanks to the integrated, configurable functions, for example setpoint specification or 30-point linearization, you receive a universally applicable system for your measurement and control tasks.
We offer the following variants of the digital panel mount instruments:
- DMS mass pressure: weight and force measurement using strain gauges
- DMS weighing technology: weight and force measurement using load cells or strain gauges
- Pressure: pressure measurement using integrated sensor and a switching point for limit monitoring
- Frequency: pulse measurement using incremental encoders, Namur or NPN/PNP sensors
- DC voltage and DC current: measurement of DC voltage or DC current signals

Precise process monitoring using bargraph displays
Using a scale to read limit values in a flash and monitor industrial processes – all this is possible with our bargraph displays. These bar displays are used wherever curves or level states need to be visualized. The longer the illuminated bar, the higher the signal change. This allows peak values to be detected more quickly, which simplifies any necessary intervention. By setting different alarm limits, the appearance of the bar display can be changed. From a certain, previously defined level, the display can, for example, light up red. Furthermore, it is possible to equip the displays with relays and additional alarm devices such as a signal horn. If you have any questions about our bargraph displays, or of course about any other product, you can contact us at any time. Our staff guarantee you optimal service!
