In addition to an extensive range of standard current transformers in accuracy classes 0,5 and 1, the company Dahms GmbH offers a wide product range of billing current transformers for current ranges from 25 A to 3000 A in accuracy classes 0,2S; 0,2; 0,5S and 0,5.
These type-approved current transformers have the national approvals of Germany, as well as other European countries.
The transformers approved by the Physikalisch Technische Bundesanstalt (PTB) Braunschweig can be recognized by a type and design number arranged in a stylized “2”. An “E” is additionally prefixed to the usual type designation.
The testing of the transformers is documented by an official security seal (plomb) as well as an additionally attached yellow test mark (main stamp).
The fee rates to be charged for the testing are based on the respectively valid official testing cost regulation.
