Compact and economical - Modular DIN rail measuring device with residual current measurement
The energy measuring device UMG 806 offers the right solution for different requirements. The powerful basic device is ideally suited for cost-oriented applications and is equipped with Modbus RTU. Among other things, it offers the possibility of measuring and recording residual currents. Continuous monitoring of the residual current allows dangerous fault currents to be detected at an early stage and system damage, up to and including production downtime, to be avoided. Extensions of the UMG 806 are possible with three modules, the Ethernet communication module, the analog input module and the digital input module. Another advantage is the compact design of the measuring device and modules. This makes optimal use of the already limited space in the control cabinet.
