Includes maintenance in accordance with the contractual terms (GTCs) "Maintenance of network analyzers and GridVis software". Please refer to the service description for the scope of services for the service "Maintenance of network analyzers and GridVis software". Includes one on-site deployment per year. Maintenance is carried out annually until cancellation in accordance with the GTCs.
Does not include a GridVis update period.
Important: On the day the maintenance is to be carried out, an existing update period for the GridVis software that lies in the future is assumed, as otherwise full maintenance cannot be guaranteed. The responsibility for this lies with the customer.
