The ergonomic phase sequence tester Sonel TKL-12L is a proven measuring instrument whose main task is the monitoring of 3-phase electrical installations. The device indicates a correct or incorrect phase sequence. It is suitable for a wide range of line-to-line voltages (operating range 35 to 690 V, frequency range 10 to 70 Hz) in distribution circuits. In addition, it indicates the symmetry of the voltages in the individual phases. The TKL-12L features a simple and ergonomic design. Embedded in a robust, sealed housing (protection rating IP42), the device ensures a long service life and resistance to damage. The tester offers reliable operation over a wide temperature range from –10 °C to +45 °C. Double insulation in accordance with EN 61010-1 ensures a high level of safety during use.

Purpose
The unique TKL-12L is designed for checking 3-phase circuits in the voltage range from 35 to 690 V (frequency up to 70 Hz) in distribution networks. It also indicates the direction of rotation of the electric field as well as the direction of rotation of the motor shaft.
Application of the TKL-12L
Versatility
Simple and precise testing of industrial sockets with 16, 32 or 63 A using the optional adapters AGT-16, AGT-32 and AGT-63.
Prevention
The standard accessories included in the scope of delivery enable quick checking of the correct direction of rotation of the motor shaft after connection. If the direction of rotation is incorrect, the motor or connected systems may be damaged.
Intuitive and trouble-free connection
Differently coloured cables, crocodile clips and test probes enable quick and easy connection to the test object – without any effort.
Sensitive voltage indication
Thanks to innovative technology, the TKL-12L detects voltages from as low as 29 V AC – a record value in the field of phase sequence testers.
