Sonel P-4 Voltage Tester
The Sonel P-4 is a two-pole voltage tester for demanding industrial applications. It was developed for high load capacity and safe working under difficult conditions. Thanks to state-of-the-art technology, simple operation and extensive functions, the P-4 is ideal for daily measurement tasks in professional use.
The robust tester automatically detects AC and DC voltages up to 1000 V and additionally offers functions for continuity testing and phase sequence determination. With protection rating IP65, it is protected against dust and splashing water – ideal for use on construction sites or in workshops.

RCD testing made easy
The P-4 voltage tester also enables testing of residual current devices (RCDs). Pressing a button on both test probes allows targeted tripping of an RCD. In addition, an internal vibration motor is activated, which acts as an auxiliary load. This ensures precise measured values without influence from stray currents.
Ideal for tough everyday work
The housing was specially designed for harsh environmental conditions – even when used with insulating gloves. The ergonomic shape allows comfortable one-handed operation, even in confined spaces.
Safe and flexible accessories
The scope of delivery includes a practical accessory set with interchangeable test probes (4 mm length), which minimise the risk of unintentional contact. For special applications – e.g. with sockets – screw-on metal adapters are included in the set. A supplied carrying case ensures safe storage of all parts and also contains a tool for unlocking British sockets.
