The Sonel MIC-10k1 is one of the most modern devices for insulation resistance measurement on the market. Developed for professional users in power supply and industry, this test device offers maximum measurement accuracy up to 40 TΩ as well as extensive diagnostic functions for electrical equipment.

Extended functions with AutoISO-5000

In combination with the AutoISO-5000 adapter, multi-core cables – for example in street lighting systems – can be tested particularly efficiently. When troubleshooting cable systems, the MIC-10k1 enables targeted “burning” of insulation defects with its output of almost 60 W, which can then be located using TDR (e.g. Sonel TDR-420).
