Includes maintenance in accordance with the contractual terms (GTCs) "Maintenance of Power Analyzers and GridVis Software". Please refer to the service description for the
service "Maintenance of Power Analyzers and GridVis Software" for the scope of services. The maintenance is carried out annually until cancellation in accordance with the GTCs.
Does not include a GridVis update period.
Important: On the day the maintenance is to be performed, an existing update period for the GridVis software that lies in the future is required, as otherwise full maintenance cannot be guaranteed. The responsibility for this lies with the customer.
