Comprehensive diagnosis of the charging station with a single device

The multifunction tester EVSE-100 is a device for testing vehicle charging stations and cables for electric vehicles. With a single device, you can perform a series of tests on these objects and then create a professional test report. By appropriately simulating CP and PP circuits, the measuring device can put the charging station into various operating states. In this way, we can check the correctness of the control and perform measurements for protection against electric shock. Functional and safety tests can be carried out by simulating faults on the power supply side, i.e. the charging station (ICCB), and on the vehicle charging side (CP circuit).

Sonel MeasureEffect™

The measuring device is part of the Sonel MeasureEffect™ platform. This is a comprehensive system that allows you to perform measurements, store and manage data, and control devices on multiple levels.

Additional information

The measuring device enables the diagnosis of:

  • AC charging stations for electric vehicles with Type 2 plug with permanently connected socket or charging cable (1- and 3-phase),
  • portable charging stations for electric vehicles with Type 2 plug (1-phase and 3-phase),
  • charging cables.

Basic functions of the device

  • Simulation of PP conductor parameters:
    • open-circuit voltage,
    • 13 A, 20 A, 32 A, 63 A, 80 A.
  • Simulation of CP connection options:
    • State A – vehicle not connected,
    • State B – vehicle connected, no charging process,
    • State C – vehicle connected, charging process without ventilation.
    • State D – vehicle connected, charging process with ventilation.
  • Measurements:
