Sonel DB-1 – Electrical Measurements and Fault Simulation
The Sonel DB-1 panel is used for practical simulation of electrical measurements as well as the display of faults and irregularities in electrical lines. It enables realistic presentations on short-circuit impedance, RCD switch parameters, insulation resistances and the continuity of protective and equipotential bonding connections.
A special advantage of the DB-1 is the option to simulate earth measurements using various technical methods: 3- and 4-point methods, measurements with clamps as well as with a short-circuit loop measuring instrument.
The panel is designed for flexible use and requires only a 230 V power supply. All measurements are performed without intervention in the connected system, so that no changes occur to the real system.
